One of the most challenging jobs in the whole world is to make people laugh. Some great actors and comedians have a tremendous amount of energy inside them, who can make the saddest person on earth laugh.

#1. Kevin Hart

He was born in 1979. He has worked as an actor, stand-up comedian, and producer. He was born and raised in Pennsylvania.  He started his career with a TV series called “Undeclared.” Before that, he had participated in several comedy competitions. 

He became very popular from his first stand-up album, “ I’m a Grown Little Man.”

He is a great actor who worked in different movies. He has excellent comic timings and great acting skills. Some of his best films are Think Like a Man, Grudge Match, The Secret Life of pets, Captain Underpants, Jumanji (2018 and 2020), Hobbs and Shaw, Central Intelligence, About Last Night,  and Night School.

#2. Robin Williams

He is an actor and comedian. He has crazy comic skills that he has shown us in various movies. During my childhood, or we can say everybody’s childhood, we have seen  Popeye. Robin started his career from that. He was a voice-over artist at that time. 

He is famous for his improvisation skills and also for his different voices. He is a world-famous comedian. He was nominated for the Academy Awards in (2014) and also got the best supporting actor role in Good Will Hunting.

We have seen him in movies like; Moscow on the Hudson, The Fisher King, Patch Adams, One Hour Photo, Jumanji (1995), The Birdcage, and World’s Greatest Dad.

#3. Dave Chapelle

Dave Chapelle is also known as David Khari Webber Chappelle. He is an actor, stand-up comedian, writer, and producer. He was nominated for various awards like two times on Emmy awards, and three times in Grammy awards, as well as Mark Twain Prize. 

He started a show in 2003 called Chapelle’s show. That went well for three years, and then in 2006, the show got shutdown. After that, he went for stand-up comedy all around the UK. He is also a sketch comedy artist who made some albums also. His stand-up comedy act was nominated in 9th position on 50 best stand-up comedy acts of all time.

He has appeared in several movies like Robin Hood (Mel Brook’s), The Nutty Professor, Con Air, You’ve Got Mail, Blue Streak, Undercover Brother, Chi-raq, and A Star is Born.

#4. Amy Schumer

She is an actor, co-writer, and also a stand-up comedian. She started her career in the early 2000s. She then was a winner in the 5th season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2007. 

She also wrote a comedy sketch series, Inside Amy Schumer, for which she received Emmy awards, Peabody awards and even won an outstanding variety of sketch series in 2015.

We have seen her in movies like Trainwreck and The Girl with The Lower Back Tattoo.

#5. Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma is an Indian comedian, actor, and host.  He is basically from Punjab. He started his career by winning a show called Laughter Challenge. Then he worked for several years in Comedy Circus.

He won 6 seasons of Comedy Circus and then got famous on the Indian public. He has started hosting a show called Comedy Nights with Kapil, which was the turning point of his career. After that, he had progression on his career, and he switched from the channel Colors to Sony TV by acquiring his own show called The Kapil Sharma Show. 

The Kapil Sharma show is the most popular comedy talk show in India and also across the world. More than 152 countries watch this show. And people from various countries come to India to watch this show. 

It is based on the previous version of Comedy Nights with Kapil theme, where celebrities come for interviews and promotions for their movies, and then they have a lot of fun during that show.
